How can I get started with Uxerflow?
Starting is easy. First, arrange a short 20-minute intro call to discuss our process, your needs, and expected outcomes. Once we agree it's a good fit, we'll send you a secure link to start your subscription using Crypto, Wise or Paypal. We begin right after receiving payment.
What's the average duration for completing a design project?
Project timelines are flexible and adaptable, considering the project's complexity. On average, a UI/UX Design takes between 3-4 working days. Development Stage up to 5 working days. Brand identity work with research can take up to 5 working days.
What are the work hours during which your team is available?
Our technical team will be active between 9 AM and 5 PM GMT+7 Jakarta, Indonesia Time, whereas the management team will have extended availability from 9 AM to 10 PM Jakarta Time.
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
After your subscription, you can freely include as many design requests as you desire in your queue, and they will be delivered one by one.
How do we work on task assignments, monitoring, and management?
We will be using Notion to manage and monitor tasks. Most requests are designed using Figma. The communication using a Slack. We can also adapt it to the usual tools you use for work.
How many designers/developer will I get for my project?
We will make your project a priority and aim to complete it as swiftly as possible. The benefit of our service is the allocation of 1 dedicated creative director and 1-2 dedicated designers or developers who will focused on your project until it's finished.
